I would like to remind you that we retain the prerogative right to
refuse to be enslaved by devices of deception or force and to be free
from persecution by man or government. We are not the property of
institutions, nor the subjects of rulers, we are the rightful masters
and lords of the earth. By this truth it shall be admitted on all hands
that no form of tyranny divests a prerogative right to bind The People with impunity.
